Why is there an additional charge on my account?

These fees occurred due to releasing your passes too late or not attending an event after reserving a pass.

We want make sure you to have the ultimate in flexibility to attend events, but we also want to ensure that other fans can attend the event if you reserve a pass and then determine you can't make it.

As such, we have the following late cancellation and no show policies:

  • 12 hours or more prior to event start time, you can cancel your reserved pass free of charge.
  • Between 12 hours of event start time and check-in time (2 hours prior to event start time), you will be charged $10 if you decide to cancel your reserved pass.
  • Anytime following check-in time (2 hours prior to event start time), you will be charged $20 if you reserve a pass and do not check-in for the event.
