Once you've cancelled your membership, you will have access to your account and you can continue to attend events until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if you're charged for your membership on April 5th and cancel on April 15th, you can continue to use your membership through May 4th. During this time you cannot reactivate your membership - you'll have to wait until the billing cycle is over.
Once you're officially cancelled (after your final cycle), you can reactivate open the app and either hit the Membership button in the top right corner or tap to reserve a pass and you'll be prompted to re-join. Please note there is a $25 reactivation fee
You can re-join through the Settings menu in the app or simply reserve a spot to an event and you will be prompted to reactivate your membership. When you reactivate your membership a brand new billing cycle will automatically begin for you on that date. Please note: when you are re-joining you will not be able to reuse promo code.
